Folk Music in Cambridge

Millie Rahn told rhe story of folk music in Cambridge; Bill Nowlin, one of the founders of Rounder Records, described the history of recording in Cambridge; Dave Palmater, now on WUMB at UMass/Boston, talked about his radio shows, includig 'Folk Tracks' at MIT; and Gavin Kleespies, Executive Director of the Cambridge Historical Society, will discussed the folk music collections deposited at the CHS. The talks were followed by a reception with refreshments, and a chance to meet the speakers.
