Become a Member

Membership dues support the Cambridge Historical Society's educational programs, collection maintenance, and preservation and interpretation projects at the Hooper-Lee-Nichols House.

The Historical Society welcomes new members any time of the year. Individual and corporate rates are available.

Individual Membership Categories and Benefits

Single - $35
Includes all benefits listed above.

Family - $60
Includes the benefits listed above for all members of your household.

Dana Fellow membership - Single $100, dual $150

In addition to general membership benefits, Richard Henry Dana Fellow members are invited to special events each year, which often include visits to private sites of historical or architectural significance.

Sponsor - $250
Sponsors may also bring a guest to a Dana Fellow event.

Patron - $500
Patrons may also bring two guests to a Dana Fellow event.

Benefactor - $1000
Benefactors may also bring two guests to a Dana Fellow event and are entitled to one complimentary rental of the Hooper-Lee-Nichols House for a function. Please call 617 547-4252 for details about house rental.

Advance notice and invitations to the Society's programs; including lectures, walking tours, field trips and open houses.

Subscription to the Society's newsletter, The Newetowne Chronicle.


How to join

Please print and complete the membership form and mail in with a check made payable to The Cambridge Historical Society.

All memberships are valid for one year from the receipt of dues and are renewable annually. Contributions are tax deductible, excluding $5, which covers mailing expenses.
